NDIS providerMelbourne and surrounding regions

About us

Built by family. Guided by experience.

We did not start this business from a market opportunity. We started it from a decade of sitting in waiting rooms, decoding plans, and being told to try somewhere else.

Our story

It started with our own child

Over a decade ago, our family began navigating life after our child was diagnosed with disability. Like many families, we met uncertainty, frustration, and the exhausting work of learning a system while trying to make sure our child got the support they deserved.

Coming from a culturally diverse background, one of our greatest challenges was acceptance — not only in our community, but in systems that often felt complex, impersonal and built for somebody else. We learned to ask better questions. We learned which doors open and which ones need to be pushed. And we learned, painfully, the difference between a provider who turns up and a provider who actually helps.

Those experiences inspired us to create something different.

Coordinate & Care Support Services was established so that no family would have to feel alone, unheard or unsupported. Today we support children, adults and families throughout Melbourne and surrounding regions, delivering professional, compassionate and culturally responsive services that help people achieve outcomes that matter to them.

Because for us, this is more than a profession. It is personal.

What lived experience changes

Plenty of providers describe themselves as person-centred. Here is what it means in practice when the people running the organisation have been on your side of the table.

  • We know the paperwork is not the hard part. The hard part is the worry underneath it.
  • We do not talk down to families, and we never make you feel like a burden for asking.
  • We understand that culture, faith and language change what good support looks like.
  • We know how much a returned phone call is worth on a bad week.

Vision

A community where every person living with disability lives with dignity, independence and purpose

We picture a future where every participant feels heard, respected and supported to achieve their goals — while staying connected to their family, their culture and their community.

Mission

To walk alongside people through their NDIS journey, and beyond it

Through compassionate, personalised and culturally respectful support, we help people build independence, make informed choices and create meaningful lives. We simplify the NDIS, advocate for participant rights, and make sure every individual receives what they are entitled to.

Our values

Six commitments we hold ourselves to

These are not posters on a wall. They are what we hire for, and what we measure ourselves against.

Compassion

We genuinely care about every participant, and we treat people with kindness, empathy and respect.

Integrity

We are honest, transparent and accountable in everything we do — including when something goes wrong.

Inclusion

We celebrate diversity and provide culturally safe services for everyone who comes to us.

Respect

We value every person's choices, beliefs and aspirations, and we build supports around them.

Collaboration

The best outcomes happen when participants, families and professionals work as one team.

Excellence

We continually improve our services, and we hold ourselves to a standard higher than compliance.

Why families choose us

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all support

Every participant has different goals, different strengths and different dreams. Our role is to listen first — then build supports around your life, not the other way around.

Whether we are coordinating services, supporting independence or advocating during a plan review, we stay focused on the thing that matters: helping people live the life they choose.
