Employment Supports
Work brings income, routine, purpose and people. We support all four parts.
We start with what kind of work suits you — your interests, your strengths, your energy levels and what you want from a job. Then we build the practical skills: applications, interviews, workplace communication and the day-to-day expectations of a workplace.
Once you are in a role, support does not stop. We work with employers on reasonable adjustments, support you through the first months, and stay available when something changes.
