Questions
Things people ask us
If your question is not here, call us — we would rather answer it than have you guess.
Call us. We will talk you through the access process, what evidence you are likely to need, and what to expect from a planning meeting. We do this at no cost and with no obligation — helping families understand the system is the reason we exist.
For coordination, yes — it is a specific line item in your plan. If it is not funded and you think you need it, we can help you build the case for it at your next review. Many of our other supports are funded from core or capacity building budgets instead.
Yes, and it is more straightforward than most people expect. You are free to change providers at any time. We handle the handover, request your existing documentation, and make sure nothing is dropped in the transition.
We work with all three. Tell us how your plan is managed and we will set up the service agreement and invoicing to match, then explain exactly how the money flows so there are no surprises.
Our team is multilingual and we routinely work with interpreters where that is the better option. Tell us the language you are most comfortable in when you first make contact and we will arrange it from there.
We respond to new enquiries within one business day. Coordination can usually begin within a week. For support worker services, timing depends on matching you with the right worker — we would rather take a few extra days than send someone who is not a good fit.
We support participants across Melbourne and surrounding regions. If you are outside that area, call us anyway — we will either travel or point you to someone good.
Tell us, and we will take it seriously. Our feedback and complaints process is on this website, complaints are acknowledged within two business days, and you can always go directly to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544.
