Participants and families
Who we support
We support people at every age and stage — and the families and carers around them. If you are not sure whether we can help, call us. We would rather have the conversation than have you wonder.
Who we work with
Support that changes shape as life does
The person we support at six is not the person we support at sixteen. Our job is to keep up.
Children
Early childhood supports and family coaching from the first diagnosis onwards.
Teenagers
Skills, independence and the transition out of school into adult life.
Adults
Coordination, daily support, employment and community participation.
Older participants
Support that adapts as needs change, with dignity and routine protected.
Families
Practical guidance and advocacy for the people holding it all together.
Carers
Someone to share the load with, and a plan that accounts for you too.
Experience
Disability and conditions we have experience with
Our team has supported participants living with a wide range of disability, including situations that other providers have found difficult to hold.
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Intellectual disability
- Psychosocial disability
- Physical disability
- Acquired brain injury
- Neurological conditions
- Developmental delay
- Sensory and vision impairment
- Complex support needs
- Dual diagnosis
This list is not a gate. If your situation is not on it, ask us anyway.
Culturally responsive support
Our own family knows what it is to navigate disability while also navigating a community that does not always understand it. That shapes how we work.
- A multilingual team, and interpreters arranged whenever they are the better option.
- Support workers matched thoughtfully — including for gender, culture and language where it matters to you.
- Religious observance, cultural obligations and family structures respected in rostering.
- Conversations with extended family where that is how decisions get made in your household.
For families and carers
You are not a bystander in this. You are usually the person holding the whole thing together.
- We explain what is happening and why, without making you feel behind.
- We include you in planning where the participant wants you there.
- We help you find carer supports, respite options and peer connections.
- We take the administrative weight off you wherever we are allowed to.
Complex support needs
When the situation is complicated
Some circumstances involve several services at once, real risk, or a history of supports breaking down. These are the situations we were built for.
Our Specialist Support Coordinators work across health, housing, education and justice systems to reduce barriers, manage risk and get a workable plan in place — then stay involved long enough to make sure it holds.

Tell us about your situation
Every enquiry is answered by a person, not a form letter. If we are not the right provider for you, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
