Travel & Transport Support
Transport is the difference between a plan that happens and a plan that stays on paper.
We support participants to get where they need to go, whether that is a specialist appointment across town or a weekly community group down the road.
Where independent travel is a realistic goal, we work towards it deliberately — route planning, practising the journey together, then travelling nearby, then travelling independently with a check-in.

- Support to use public transport confidently
- Travel training, route planning and safety awareness
- Support with taxis, rideshare and community transport
