Group and Centre Based Activities

Group & Centre Based Activities

Some things are simply better learned with other people around.

Our group programs give participants a regular, predictable place to build skills, try new activities and spend time with people their own age.

Groups are kept small and are grouped thoughtfully — by interests and support needs, not just by age. Every activity has a purpose behind it, whether that is communication, teamwork, physical activity or independence.

What this looks like

  • Regular small-group programs and activities
  • Skill-building sessions in a supported group setting
  • Social, recreational and creative activities
  • Physical activity and healthy living programs
  • Cooking, life skills and community outings as a group
  • School holiday programs for children and teenagers
