The services below are free and independent of us. We would rather you had the right number than waited for our office to open.

Check the address before you enter any personal details. The official NDIS websites end in .gov.au — not .com or .com.au. Sites using similar names are not run by the NDIS and some collect personal information. Every link on this page has been checked and goes where it says.

You have the right to bring an independent advocate to any meeting, including meetings with us.

For families and carers

Support for the people doing the supporting. Carers are entitled to help in their own right.

Language and communication

These services are free. You never have to rely on a family member to interpret for you.
